Delivery Options
We offer several delivery options using APC and Royal Mail Parcel Force. The delivery service used will be at the discretion of EquiPacs Ltd to meet internal criteria. Delivery charges are calculated based on the delivery option used and delivery destination.
Delivery Timeframes
All orders for our CustomPacs will be dispatched within 7 working days of your initial order. As a fully custom product these need to be integrated into our manufacturing queue, but once your horse holds their place subsequent order will be sent with in 1-2 working days of your renewal date. PrePacs and bulk supplements will be sent out within 1-2 working days. EquiPacs Ltd cannot be held responsible for any delay to delivery associated with courier performance once the order has been dispatched. We will however endeavour to offer any assistance we can to help rectify delivery issues.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses. EquiPacs Ltd is not liable for any delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect information provided b the customer. If and incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to EquiPacs Ltd, additional charges are applicable for re-delivery.

EquiPacs Ltd ships to UK Mainland, UK Offshore: Isle of Wight, Channel Island, Guernsey, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man and Scottish Highlands
Tracking Orders
All orders will be provided tracking details once they are dispatched. Customers can track their orders using the provided tracking number through the courier's platform. EquiPacs Ltd is not liable for any inaccuracies or delays in tracking updates provided by this service.
Delivery Issues
In the event of a non-delivery, late delivery or damaged goods our customers are requested to notify us within a reasonable timeframe. We will investigate the issue and take appropriate action. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in situations where delivery to a particular location is not feasible.
Changes to Policy
EquiPacs Ltd reserves the right to update or modify this policy at anytime without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately.
