Do you offer samples?
We know how frustrating it can be to commit to a whole conventional tub, just to have your horse turn their nose up to it! We offer a 7 day purchase of any of our PrePacs, CustomPacs or stand-alone supplements. However, we are confident your horse will LOVE their new Pacs!
How is best to dispose of my Pacs?
Your entire EquiPacs order is 100% recyclable and produced from recycled products where possible. It is best to dispose of your Pacs in your usual household recycling – it’s that easy! Do good for your horse AND the planet!
What can I expect in my deliveries?
Inside your EquiPacs delivery, you will find 31 individual daily Pacs, and an information sheet with all your supplement specifications and details.
As a token of our appreciation, we've included a monthly surprise for you or your horse to enjoy. Don't forget to check for it!
How do I use an EquiPac?
EquiPacs are as easy as Tear, Pour and Feed! Simply take one of your horse’s EquiPacs, tear it open and add it to your horse’s usual daily feed. Pacs can be split between AM and PM feed or fed all in one feed.
Do you have a fussy feeder? Introduce your Pacs over a few days and we are confident by the end of the week you will have the licked clean bucket seal of approval!
Managing your orders
Do I have to subscribe?
No! We recommend our subscription service so you don’t have to remember to reorder your horses supplements and you benefit from the perks of the EquiPacs feeding system! But if that’s not for you, no sweat – you can start off with a one off order and join our subscription service down the line.
What if I need to change my horse’s ingredients?
No stress! Things change – workload, age, injury even the seasons can result in changes in your horses dietary requirements. Login to your account, select the horse you wish to make adjustments to from your “Stable” and review and amend their active subscriptions.

How long can I expect my order to take to arrive?
Equipacs differ from other supplements as they are made just for your horse. To ensure your horse receives the freshest supplements possible, and in the case of CustomPacs, your unique blend requirements all Pacs are made to order.
Your initial order may take up to 7 days to dispatch, but we will always endeavour to get them out as quickly as possible. Once you are subscribed your new box will always arrive in plenty of time of your current Pacs running out!
What if I need to cancel?
We are sad to see you go! But of course, pausing or canceling your subscription is easy and can be done yourself through the website customer portal. There are no loopholes here! Should you need any help just give us a shout. (info@equipacs.co.uk)

EquiPacs supplements are manufactured locally at our trusted supplier in the UK within a UFAS, ISO 9001:2015 accredited facility utilising FEMA-approved products. They are inline and independently tested to align with BETA NOPS standards, ensuring their quality and safety.
*The BHA has recently updated their banned substances to now include MSM. Please be aware this product should not be fed within 24 hours of racing.
