30-Day Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on non-custom products purchased directly from EquiPacs Ltd. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unused, sealed, and in the same condition you received it to be eligible for a return.

CustomPacs

Any of our CustomPac products are non-returnable as they are created unique to your horse's specifications. If you are concerned about palatability, please take advantage of our 7-day trial before signing up your horse. 

Palatability

Our full range of products are developed with your horse's palatability and preference in mind. We recommend gradually introducing supplements to fussy feeders over several days to weeks. EquiPacs Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund based on an individual horse's feeding preferences. We offer 7-day trials of any of our products to provide peace of mind before purchasing a larger volume.

Refund Process

Please send the returned items to EquiPacs Ltd, Unit 10, Carriers Way, East Hoathly, BN8 6AG. Following receipt and inspection, our team will confirm your return and advise you via email of the approval or rejection of your return. If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few days. If you still need to receive your refund, please allow 7 days before contacting our team to give it time to reconcile in your bank account.

Shipping Costs

Please be advised that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for your order, it will be for the item's price. The shipping cost is not included in the refund.
